  Employee-staff inside retaliation against members. Staff may forget who's paying their salaries. The front check-in staff gives off these weird looks and is moody at times busy on their cell phones and the internet. Very seldom will you see them smiling, happy and energetic. Dry and boring very unpleasant, with a hidden attitudes. Sometimes we just don't show up there because we just don't like the atmosphere in the air from the stuffy staff. This summer myself and the spouse will uproot and switch somewhere else that is more pleasant. We were trying to hang in there for better Improvement but it's not working for us any longer. Some of the things they do is just downright tasteless and tacky.
  
  Also, employees racing members to a parking space is unprofessional and ridiculous. Employees should not be allowed to park in guest area, they should have designated assigned areas in which all employees park. No guest should have to race an employees to an upfront parking spot. Plus, the employee cleaning crew is always on their cell phones talking in Spanish, texting, taking pictures in the locker room area which is rude and inappropriate and illegal. Soliciting members for outside house cleaning or handy work on the side is very unprofessional and out of control. Sloppy operation, I will be forwarding this to the executive shareholders. Things are just blah.
